As the famous song goes, the weather outside is frightful, but inside is so delightful. Ok, we might have taken some artistic liberties with those lyrics (sorry Frank et al) but what we haven’t taken liberties with is our brand new Christmas range, GLOAM FOR CHRISTMAS – eeeeep!
In lieu of the festive events we’d usually have the honour of styling at Christmastime, we thought we’d lend our styling skills to the place we’ll all be spending most of the season: our own homes. That’s why we’ve so excited to have launched Gloam for Christmas, our seasonal store full of beautiful goodies to elevate those festive feels.
And to celebrate their launch, we thought we’d introduce you to the gang – so let’s take a little peek below at what you can get your mitts on, shall we?
Artisanal Candles
It will come as *no* surprise to you that we absolutely adore candles – they’re the centre of a lot of our tablescapes, so they had to be a staple part of our festive offerings. Grab a pair of Ester & Erik taper candles, the Big Daddy (and Big Momma) of candle brands – made by Danish crafters who’ve been doing so for over 30 years, they’ve been perfected to ensure drip-free, soot free and smoke-free burns, without odor, for 8 hours. We’ve picked some deep, rich colourways too, for the ultimate in supreme styling. And if you’re thinking “well taper candles are great, pals, but how do I keep them upright?”, we’ve got you too – with beautiful candlestick holders that display 2 or 4 candles.
We’ve also gone one step further, and developed OUR OWN CANDLE. Into The Gloaming is our first foray into candle making (though not our last, if we may be so bold), and frankly we couldn’t be prouder. It’s our signature scent, featuring a blend of Cedarwood, Cypress, Juniper, Lavender and Rose Geranium, inspired by the clearing in the woodland where the sun shines warm and the wild flowers grow. Each candle is handpoured into an amber glass jar, and finished with a cork lid, so they look as good as they smell – they’re designed to be something you can reuse when the candle is all gone. With that in mind, our 100% recycled paper tags can be removed easily once you’ve finished enjoying it, leaving behind no sticky residue. (The only sticky residue we want come Christmas day is more cranberry sauce, thank you very much.)

Central Scotland Christmas Wreaths
From the tables, to the walls and doors – we’ve got three stunning wreaths for you, all hand-arranged by our brilliantly talented florist extraordinaires and available for local delivery in Central Scotland.
First up is our Gloam Winter Greens wreath, a lush, fresh arrangement bursting with greenery. The sturdy fir and heady, full eucalyptus can be finished with one of our hand-dyed silk ribbons in “Warm Ochre”.
Next up we’ve got our Winter Grasses wreath, featuring fluffy pampas grass and carefully selected dried elements. In delicate neutral shades, this wreath offers a softer, more natural look to Christmas decor. With the right care, this wreath can last for years, so we’ll also include care instructions to help extend its longevity. We’re good like that.
Finally, our Signature Wreath will change every week, offering a more free-spirited and creative though no less elegant design. Team Gloam will be indulging their creative whims each and every week with the beautiful natural materials we can source locally, paired with fir and eucalyptus sprigs on a handwoven base.

Central Scotland Christmas Flowers
The final thing we’re going to introduce you to (today – keep your eyes peeled for part 2 of our Gloam for Christmas intro!) is our brand new floral arrangements, also available for Central Scotland delivery. We’ve been so excited to flex our floral muscles more this year thanks to some brilliant additions to the team, and so we’re really excited to be able to bring you some to display in your homes too!
Our Gloam Winter Bouquet is a guaranteed bundle of colourful, festive joy. Each bouquet will be bespoke arranged in our signature wild and wonderful way, but will always feature rich tones, scrummy textures and beautiful fragrance that stands out from the crowd.
For our more pared-back pals we’re also offering a beautiful bundle of our favourite greenery with our Eucalyptus Bunch. We love eucalyptus all year round thanks to the gorgeous botanical feel it brings, and, of course, it’s wonderful fragrance (eucalyptus is for life, not just for Christmas). Plus, it’s super versatile, looking wonderful in a vase on its own, mixed with some other beautiful blooms, or dotted around the house in individual corners. We’ve also got stunning amber winter berries and fluffy feathery pampas grass available too, both a stunning way of adding warmth and texture to a wintery space – why not mix all three?
