GLOAM DELIVERY

LOCAL Delivery

Some of our items are available for Local Delivery only. Items only available for local delivery are marked in the description. Local delivery is available to the following postcodes and will be made within a week of ordering, between 9am and 6pm. We cannot offer timed delivery slots.  Please check that we deliver to your area, if you place an order for an item to an area we do not deliver to, we will contact you regarding a refund. Local delivery is charged at a flat rate fee of £5.

Please use the note function to let us know where to leave any deliveries should you not be at home, and any info for us to write on a wee card if it’s a gift.

COVID 19: All items will be packed in a secure space and our drivers will be fully PPE’d with mask and gloves. We are operating a contactless delivery system. Your items will be placed in a box on your doorstep, ready for you to retrieve your items from. If you are not going to be home, please provide a dry, safe space for us to leave your items. Unfortunately, if no one is available to accept your delivery and no safe space has been specified/provided, we won’t be able to leave your items. Your health and safety is important to us. Please ensure you keep our drivers safe too.

UK Delivery

Some of our items are available for UK wide delivery. We have two mailing days per week, so it could take up to 7 days before your goods arrive. Due to the current circumstances there may be delays with courier services that are outwith our control. Thanks for your understanding and patience. UK Courier Delivery is charged at a flat rate fee of £5.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DIGITAL DOCUMENTS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
The contents of any digital downloads are solely for the use of the purchaser and are NOT for reproduction/resale/sharing to anyone other than the purchaser.
As a small business, respect for the hard work put into creating these digital products is greatly appreciated. If you know someone who would also benefit from the content, please do send on the link to purchase their own copy.  We are grateful for your support and understanding.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowlege that the documents are for own personal use and are NOT to be shared, sold, distributed, sublicensed, transferred, or provide access to contents on its own in any format. 

Returns

We hope that you love your products from Gloam Store, but if for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return an item please let us know within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to store@gloam.co.uk We will do our best to resolve the situation by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for service as the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Please note that we will only refund the sale price for the items, and not for postage.

Digital download sales are final, however if you have any problems with your product, please email us store@gloam.co.uk  and we will be happy to help solve any issues.

 

Faulty goods

Gloam takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products meet our quality control standards and reach you safely. Some of our products are handmade, so please allow for a small amount of variation in these products. If you receive your item and find it to be faulty, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange to replace or refund your item.
