Behind the name Gloam is a team of creatives with extensive experience spanning several industries, including brand marketing, installations and design, visual merchandising, hospitality, public relations, and events – and that depth of experience guides the way we approach every collaboration. Artistically, yes, but also with a thorough understanding of how people move through spaces, how brands are experienced in person, and how thoughtful design can shift the feeling of an environment entirely.

We help our clients create spaces full of character. Spaces that sidestep the mainstream, feel authentic to the brand, and invite people into an experience they will remember. Sometimes that begins with a blank shopfront early in the morning, ladders up, glass still catching the light, and ends with a window that shifts how people move down the street. Other times it’s a product launch where every surface has been considered, built and dressed to hold attention. It might be installing bespoke interior elements on site, shaping tactile backdrops that anchor a moment, or reworking a familiar space until it feels like something fresh and new. It was really important to us to use natural materials and stay away from plastics for the interior of our restaurant. We had a vision of dried flowers and herbs in the restaurant that echo our own living space, which has a lot of dried flowers and herbs from our garden, and we could not have asked for a better interpretation from Gloam. We’re often brought in when projects are already in motion, helping bring structure to complex briefs, or stepping in where logistics, timing and on-the-ground execution need to be carefully coordinated alongside the design and visual direction. We tend to flex around the project rather than follow a fixed process, so feel free to reach out as soon as you’re ready.
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with established brands, larger agencies and creative teams on both public and private projects. A significant portion of our work is delivered under NDA or remains intentionally offline, so what you see here is only a small glimpse of what we do.
Beyond brand spaces, we also collaborate with planners, venues, and private clients to design and deliver elevated weddings and events through design, styling, and floristry.
