We built this space because we noticed a gap in the market for a more thoughtful approach to weddings happening here in Scotland. We felt there was room for design to play a bigger role in shaping not just how events looked, but how they felt and, more importantly, how they would ultimately be experienced by others. Since then, Gloam has grown organically alongside the people who make this all possible, and we’d love nothing more than to be your partner throughout this journey.

Your design team will be on-site to set everything up, ensuring the final look aligns with your vision. Our service also includes sourcing and managing additional elements, from glassware to beautifully crafted crockery and cutlery, to elevate your table design. Working alongside planners
Many of the weddings we deliver are led by destination planners bringing clients to our home here in Scotland. In these collaborations, we act as your local partner, supporting the project from initial briefing through to on-the-ground execution. Our role includes reviewing concept, scope, and logistics, translating and refining the design for local delivery, and developing detailed proposals and costing to confirm direction. From there, we manage planning, sourcing, and production scheduling, alongside venue coordination and logistical preparation to ensure everything is aligned ahead of arrival. On site, our team oversees installation and full event production, with multi-day support where required, followed by breakdown, de-rig, and a considered post-event wrap-up and handover. Our primary intention is to ensure that every planning partner feels fully supported, informed, and confident when working together. Planning an event in Scotland?
