The Wonders of Repurposing your Wedding Florals with Gloam Floristry

Floristry design is something we pride ourselves on here at Gloam, with an experienced bunch of Florists on hand and lead by one of our Gloam Founders, Kate, it’s become a crucial element of our business, as every event we do requires floristry, especially weddings. We support local, Scottish growers as we source from them for each event (where possible- not much grows here in Winter) and every design is custom to the clients wants and needs.

We understand the importance of the floristry’s effect on the overall styling and design of an event and having our design studio (aka event and graphic design) being the other half of our business, our two studios work alongside one another, with our clients, to create a seamless finish. We appreciate how much our couples invest in our services and in particular, floristry, so where we can, we will design with the purpose of reusing florals from your ceremony to your reception, wherever possible.

Posted throughout this blog are some examples of some recent autumnal weddings, which we have been swooning over ever since the photographs landed in our inbox. Each wedding was designed, so our floristry team could move their ceremony creations to the reception spaces with ease, creating a wow impact from the minute guests arrived, all the way through to the dinner, for our wonderful couples.

If repurposing florals is something you’re interested in doing at your own wedding, chat with our floristry team so we can ensure your designs are moveable and there are enough team members onsite to do this for you, safely, without disrupting your guests or events taking place.
