An opulent monochrome wedding at the iconic Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Scotland’s enchanting capital, this modern minimalist celebration embodied timeless elegance within a luxurious five-star setting. The ceremony and reception took place in the same beautiful space, seamlessly transformed by our team and the venue staff, creating a captivating atmosphere for both moments.
To create a contemporary backdrop for their ceremony, we placed elegant plinths adorned with vases of pristine white florals. This arrangement beautifully framed the couple at the altar, set against a stunning large artwork depicting a picturesque Scottish landscape.
The ceremony aisle was adorned with 120 single stem bud vases, featuring white roses, leading the eye gracefully to the altar. After the ceremony, these vases were quickly repurposed for the reception tables, complemented by an additional 200 single stem roses. Together, they formed a delicate sea of fluffy white blooms cascading down each elongated trestle tablescape. The softness of the roses added to the romance, while flickering candlelight from crystal-cut votives and elegant white taper candlesticks enhanced the overall atmosphere with a warm, inviting glow.
