A late summer marquee wedding in the most beautiful of settings.
We were delighted to support Ella and Jamie in creating a relaxed and thoughtful celebration for their friends and family in a place that was very close to their hearts thanks to summers past spent in the area.
Rather than opt for a traditional venue, the couple chose to host a luxury marquee wedding in a much-loved location in the Scottish Borders. With the help of their supportive family, they were able use a picture-perfect local church for their ceremony and to transform the gardens of beautiful residence into a welcoming dreamy space, perfect for a wedding reception.
With a stunning white canvas swooping marquee from Elegant Pitches at its heart, the result was a glorious wedding celebration with live music, garden style florals, lashings of foliage, delicate styling details and guests coming together to feast on seasonal and locally sourced delicacies with everyone being able to dance the night away on a lively dance floor before drifting off to bed.
The Best Dressed Guests
The photography captured by Claire Fleck clearly shows that it was the most wonderous day full of love, laughter and some of the most spectacularly dressed guests we’ve ever seen.
A deep love for marquee weddings
For team Gloam, 2022 has been the year of marquee weddings and there’s not much we don’t know about them and how to get the best from them. We’ve travelled all over helping couples set up marquees in the places that mean that most to them. If you need our support we’ll be with you every step of the way.
