We are super excited to read all about your wedding, thank you so much for your interest in Gloam. Please remember that we love talking about all things wedding related, so never hide or apologise for your excitement when we’re around. Our team are here to help and guide you through this new adventure.

You can be confident that we now have all your important details. Please be sure to add hello@gloam.co.uk to your contacts to make sure our reply doesn’t end up in your junk mail.

Our office hours are 9am –5pm Monday-Friday and we work on location most weekends. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours, the reason it can take us a few days to get back to you is due to date checking.  Diary management is key and not something we want to get wrong. So please do bear with us, we’re just as keen as you to get your wedding conversation started.

What can you expect next? We will let you know as soon as we can if we are available on your wedding date. If it’s a yes, we’ll provide some more details on our services and outline the initial investment, we may need to ask a few more questions, or we’ll provide a link to our call diaries to talk in more detail. We know that many of you are super busy and just want to sign on the dotted line and know that it’s all in hand… and that’s ok too, just give us the nod and we can work on details when life is less hectic.
